• Local Storage: All inputs, metrics, equipment details, client names, and notes used to generate calculators and job reports are saved exclusively in your browser's LocalStorage and Cache.
• No Central Database: We do not operate a back-end database that logs or archives your completed worksheets or private estimator details unless you explicitly choose to submit a custom branding request.
• Data Portability: When you generate a PDF, the report is compiled locally inside your browser and downloaded directly. No copies are sent to or stored on our servers.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act, you remain the sole Data Controller of any client information you enter into our tools.

• Data Ownership: Because no personal identifiable information (PII) is transferred to or held by us during your standard calculation and report workflows, there is no risk of third-party data breaches of your forms on our network.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can instantly erase all stored report history, templates, and cache at any time simply by clearing your browser's website data or using the "Clear History" button within respective browser settings.

If you opt to purchase our premium Custom Branding package:

• We collect your company name, email, phone number, and custom logo to set up your dedicated secure reporting template.
• Your company logos are stored securely on our cloud storage buckets.
• We use this info solely to deliver and host your secure branded worksheets, and we will never sell or share your business details with third-party advertisers.

We use minimal functional cookies to keep track of any active preferences (such as dark/light themes or cached inputs). We may use privacy-compliant analytics tools to gather aggregated, non-identifying site usage statistics to improve calculator accuracy and tool interfaces.
