Indoor ↔ outdoor communication error
- Cause:
- F3/F4 comms cable open or noise
- Action:
- Check F3/F4 wiring, screen earth, replace PCB if needed.

Indoor room temperature sensor (Eva-In) error
- Cause:
- Short / open sensor
- Action:
- Measure thermistor and replace.
E122
Indoor coil (Eva-In) sensor error
- Cause:
- Short / open pipe-in sensor
- Action:
- Replace sensor.
E123
Indoor coil (Eva-Out) sensor error
- Cause:
- Short / open pipe-out sensor
- Action:
- Replace sensor.

Indoor coil mid sensor error
- Cause:
- Short / open mid pipe sensor
- Action:
- Replace sensor.

Indoor fan motor (BLDC) feedback error
- Cause:
- Stalled fan or PCB driver fault
- Action:

- Mismatched indoor units on network
- Action:
- Verify compatible models on the same outdoor.

No communication between outdoor and indoor
- Cause:
- Open F3/F4 between OD↔ID or no power on ID
- Action:
- Check ID power and interconnect.

Communication error after a period
- Cause:
- Intermittent interconnect or noise
- Action:
- Re-terminate F3/F4, check shielding/earth.

Outdoor air sensor error
- Cause:
- Short / open OAT sensor
- Action:
- Replace OAT thermistor.

- Cause:
- Short / open OD coil sensor
- Action:
- Replace sensor.

- Cause:
- Open / short Td sensor
- Action:

- Low charge, restricted flow, EEV fault
- Action:
- Check charge, EEV, condenser airflow.

EEV leakage / closed-EEV during off cycle
- Cause:
- EEV not seating
- Action:
- Test EEV coil and body, replace if stuck.

Heating operation blocked (outdoor too high)
- Cause:
- OAT outside heating envelope
- Action:
- Normal protection — wait for ambient drop.
E458
Outdoor fan 1 error
- Cause:
- Stalled / open fan motor
- Action:
- Check fan, capacitor (if AC) or PCB driver.
E464
IPM (inverter power module) overcurrent
- Cause:
- Compressor overload or IPM failure
- Action:
- Megger compressor, replace inverter PCB.
